Hi everybody, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our JR Products propane pigtail. It's an RV type 1 by 1/4 inch male NPT, and it's going to be 15 inches long. Now, folks, this propane pigtail connects to your propane cylinder to a regulator, and it's going to be used for a single or dual tank setup on the front of your travel trailer, most likely. And it's used to connect your remote tank to a high-pressure regulator. Now, the female type 1 fitting connects to the valve on your propane cylinder, and the male NPT here connects to a propane regulator.
It's built of a durable thermal plastic hose. It's got brass fittings. All those things have been approved for LP gas only. Now, it is ready for high pressure and high flow rates to handle unregulated propane as well. So always make sure you're using the right regulator style hose and regulator itself to be safe when you're doing anything with propane.
That's going to wrap it up, folks. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
Was what I needed but had a hard time finding. Ordered it and got an email an hour later that it had already shipped, also arrived on time or ahead of the expected delivery date.
JR Propane pigtails JR84MR worked perfectly, exactly what was needed, old lines were cracked and leaking. My Rockwood Minilite is now ready for my 4th of July camping trip. Thanks “etrailer” We will now be able to use our fridge and have hot water as we will be at a DC park in the ADK, dry camping. Also, Amy in customer service was fantastic. Followed up immediately on phone messages and was very professional, polite and super nice!
Thanks Amy. for the great experience. You do not get that level of customer service nowadays!

This is my second replacement of the pigtails on our Jayco travel trailer. These appear to be good quality, heavy duty OEM replacements. The tubing on any of these pigtails just get hard and inflexible over time, and need to be replaced.
